Product Name:Alisma Extract MOQ:1kg Application:Health Care Products, Medicine |
Alisma extract is the tuber extract of Alisma plan-tago-aquatica L.var.orientale Samuels. It mainly contains triterpenoids alisitol A, alisitol B, volatile oil, alkaloids and other ingredients. It has the effect of inducing urination and clearing away dampness and heat. It is clinically used to treat dysuria, edema and fullness, diarrhea, oliguria, and phlegm Drink dizziness, hot stranguria pain, hyperlipidemia embolism. Its extract is the carrier of various advanced technologies of modern Chinese medicine and the main raw material of Chinese medicine preparations. It has less toxic and side effects and is not easy to produce drug resistance. It has incomparable advantages in this respect.
1. Lowering blood fat
Alisma extract, alcohol extract and alcohol extract, etc., have preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental hyperlipidemia in rabbits. It can prevent and inhibit the formation of total experimental aortic atherosclerotic plaque, and alleviate its development. Alisma can reduce various lipids in the aorta, especially cholesterol, which can lead to the reduction of aortic plaque. Intraperitoneal injection of the fat-soluble part of Alisma has the effect of clarifying plasma lipids in rats with hyperlipidemia caused by oral administration of cottonseed oil; it has obvious cholesterol-lowering and anti-atherogenic effects on hypercholesterolemia in experimental animals hardening effect. Its active ingredients are alisitol A and acetates of A, B, and C, especially alisitol A acetate has the strongest effect. Alisitol A can inhibit the absorption of cholesterol in the small intestine of rats, and inhibit the ability of cholesterol esterification in the small intestine of mice.
2. Liver protection and anti-fatty liver effect
The Alisma extract can reduce the fat content in the liver of rabbits fed with cholesterol and high fat, and the choline, lecithin, amino acid and phenyl-acetone soluble part T contained in the extract have anti-fatty liver effects, and have anti-fatty liver effects on tetrachloride Carbon-induced acute liver injury has a protective effect, can inhibit the accumulation of fat in the liver, inhibit the decline of phospholipids in plasma and liver, and improve the excretion function of liver pigment. Alisma can significantly reduce the content of total cholesterol, cholesteryl ester, triglyceride and total ester in the liver of experimental hyperlipidemia animal model. Alisma can reduce the Lee index of experimental obese rats, the fat index of the uterus and testis, and the content of serum triglycerides. The mechanism of action may be caused by affecting the enzymes related to cholesterol metabolism and inhibiting the synthesis of triglycerides in the liver.
3. Diuretic effect
Alisma extract has a diuretic effect on humans and animals, and can increase the excretion of sodium, chloride, potassium and urea in urine. Intraperitoneal injection of Alisma liquid extract can reduce the retention of urea and cholesterol in the blood of rabbits with nephritis caused by nitroglycerin. The potassium content in Alisma is as high as 147.5mg%, which can significantly increase the excretion of urinary potassium in adrenalectomy rats. Alisma ethanol extract has a dose-dependent inhibition of renal Na+, K+-ATPase activity.
4. The effect on the cardiovascular system
Alisma extract has mild hypotensive effect when administered intravenously to dogs or rabbits. In vitro, it has a slow relaxing effect on the contraction of isolated rabbit aortic strips. Alisma alcohol extract can significantly expand the coronary artery in isolated rabbit heart, has no antagonism effect on myocardial ischemia caused by vasopressin, and has a mild inhibitory effect on myocardial contractility. Oral or intraperitoneal administration of alisolol has a long-lasting and moderately strong antihypertensive effect on rat models of DocA hypertension, renal hypertension and essential hypertension. Alisma has a significant inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation, and it can significantly enhance its inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation when used together with hawthorn.
